Jim, I like the photo without any DDLs. It is for sure an artsy photo in itself. DDL showed that it is sharp on the edges, about as sharp as it can be. I do not see the veins you were wanting to show and for this reason it may have fallen short of your attempt.

I took another look to make sure I am being honest and maybe the reason the veins are not that sharp as I expected may be do to noise.
