A neighbor wanted to play a joke on his neighbor when he got a new car. Thought it would be funny for about a month to put some extra gas into the new vehicle and boy did the neighbor bellowed how good of gas millage he was getting. Then after the month the neighbor started to take out a little gas and then the neighbor could not understand why he was all of a sudden getting very poor gas millage. So he had a camera set up and saw his neighbor taking gas and reported him to the police. It turned out - can't be charged with anything for putting gas in but it is stealing taking it out! So who was the
