removing wires

I have tried to take out these wires using Photoshop. The sky looks good, but I keep losing the towers and flags or they blur. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this it may work although those wires aren't going to be easy. Set the healing brush to lighten and then alt/click on the sky in close proximity to the wires. This setting will tell the brush to only effect those pixels darker than the sky. This should deal with the wires. However, where they intersect with the brass on top of the towers you're going to need to do a lot of detail work.

I used the Content Aware Fill in photoshop cs5. Had to do it in steps first between the building sections then much smaller areas on the tips. It's far from perfect so don't zoom in on it lol :)

I played a little after I walked away. Here is what I got. I took out the light pole as well. I'm with you on the don't zoom too close to mine either. It's always a work in progress for me.

I just noticed that there is another one right in the middle. Oh well, like I said a work in progress.

Still, nice job by both of you. the remaining pole is mostly concealed by the trees, but if you feel up to it then go for it. Love the magic of techno editing

Photoshop elements 9 added the 'content aware' brush to the available tools. It was previously ony available in full photoshop. It is an amazing tool.

Thanks. I took out the pole in the middle. Once I saw it I couldn't ignore it. I just cloned stuff around it.

Huh. I figured once the light poles were removed it would be darker.

Good work
