Camping roos.

This roo family was at one of the camping areas at Red Cliff. These roos live here & are well used to campers & are relatively quiet. Wild roos are not like this, however--they compete with livestock for feed & farmers/ranchers shoot them for this reason. They are also professionally culled for the pet food industry. Red Cliff is a reserve & shooting is not allowed, so they are safe here. Downloading is recommended.

Earl, awesome set of photos and again, I sure appreciate not only the landscapes but the education about the animals you all have. They are so unique and If I ever had a chance to get there I would be concentrating on the wildlife.
