First of all, by wearing that see through blouse she is objectifying herself. Second , neither my wife, sister, nor daughters would leave the house dressed like that. Third, bringing up the Tailhook scandal is in very bad taste. There are tens of thousands of US Navy pilots both active and retired who are outstanding individual. The scandal just showed there are bad apples in every large group, just look at our politicians on both sides.
