Reading between the lines bedouin, it looks as though it was a stray dog and got hit by a car. Goodness knows where it scavenged it's food.
Maybe truckers threw food for it and this may have saved its life......It's anyone's guess really, but that could be the story. It's a small miracle

heartbreaking..tail has been stripped. looks like a terrible skin infection. I hope someone helps this poor creature.

Read to the end of the story it's recovered from all it's injuries etc etc and now its back to full health and happy with a family for life......
