Topaz pro adjustment not loading after sync

I just bought the ai mix pro adjustment and can't get it to sync. I updated to the new studio and still nothing. Site says to log in and I don't see anywhere on studio to log in. I even tried to try the trial aimix blue button and nothing. Any suggestions?

Go to www.topazlabs and find the user forum section. Ask there.

I believe you have to log in on the Topaz Studio web site to sync the adjustments. I had a problem like yours when I first got the pro pack. I sent a message to their support team and they fixed it in short order.

Look under the Community drop down and see if there is an option there to login or switch users.

Contact them via their Facebook group. They’ve been very responsive to questions there.

I had this problem and contacted Topaz Support. They told me to log in again through this switch users port.

Thanks everybody, contacted support and joined facebook page, waiting to get an answer. It appears they have two separate accounts in their system.

Try this it works. It looks like it takes you to the same place but the web takes you to studio longin.
