Good eye cmc65. It is sad to see something like this. Fishing isn't allowed in this area, but cormorants fly all over (ocean just being across the street) so who knows where he picked this up. Thanks for viewing and commenting.

The staff and volunteers working the wetlands do a pretty good job of keeping most of the litter under control. Unfortunately there are some folks who's disregard for nature/property cause unsightly messes and injury to animals. Thanks for viewing and your comments.

My camera seems to get its fair share of dust that eventually shows in the photos. Happy they got the debris out of the camera and I should be good to go for a year or so. Thanks for viewing Don and your kind comments.

Kind of looks like a party balloon behind the bird. That string could be attached to the balloon, if that is what it is.
