Simple fix, do not let any of them set foot on US soil, they have no Constitutional rights until they step on US soil. I am sure we all know that the Progressives are organizing the Caravan, paying for it, and filing the lawsuit

It is reported that Soros funded many of his democrat organizations along with another rich guy whose name I don't remember and Beto Rourke funneled much of his campaign contributions to the caravan, which is illegal. Google it.

I certainly am not a Beto fan but I believe the $300 donation to Annunciation House charity for their uses is probably legal. I personally think the intent is against the spirit of the law as Annunciation House is helping the migrants and thus that donation of campaign donations is tainted. Democrats have a history of shady dealings concerning elections so, as usual, this will be ignored or will be considered normal democrat behavior.

I think it remains to be seen how much and in what way it was donated. Beto says $300.00 because he was caught by Project Veritas. It is likely much more, his campaign had 70 million dollars and still lost.

I hope you are correct. I happen to think Beto is a slimy individual. And as a resident (completely legal) of Texas, I am relieved that he did not win.
