Does this photo go back to the 1964 worlds fair in Flushing NY?
Bob
Yes it does, have lots more but have to retrieve them from a drive. Was not sure anyone would be interested in them.

Well I visited that fair with my wife and she was 9 months along. Everyone thought we were crazy. I only had a Polaroid land camera back in that day. I am surprised that some of those images are still good. I have scanned some of them into my data base. But certainly I was no photographer back then. Just a kid with a young bride and enjoying what was to be the only opportunity we have had to visit a world fair.
Did you ever get a chance to photograph the turbine car that was on display there? Would love to see a good photo of that. The crushed all them and none are left.
Bob
Hey Bob, yes i have photos of turbine car, that car also had a refridgerated trunk, beautiful car. I am still in the process of collecting all my photo gear since i recently moved and their are things still packed away. Will post pics of car when i access from drive.
Oh that would be wonderful. I am sure that car will bring up a lot of conversation here... Thank you
I/we are looking forward to seeing that...
