Yes. It is still there. I used to work just a few miles down the road. Drove over that bridge twice a day for 7 years. I have only seen it from the perspective of where the photo was taken once though.

Natural Bridge had been privately owned. But it is now a state park. I guess there is a study going on to determine if road traffic is deteriorating the bridge.

I don’t remember any walking trails over the bridge. The road going over it is narrow and it’s at a pretty dangerous turn, so I wouldn’t want to walk along the side of the road. But you can walk under it.

Based on my visit, I think the State Park only includes the walking trail under the bridge. I did not drive over the bridge or check out walking on top.
As you mentioned, there is concern that driving on the bridge, may damage the bridge.

Very nice capture of an historic place. Fifty four years ago my new bride introduced me to this magical place. It was part of her grandfather's playground as a child and her cousins ran the hotel and other concessions for many years.
