If you want to showcase the house, you have to make it the one thing that stands out (everything else in the pic should take on much less weight, if any at all. Also, find different angles to shoot from, show certain parts of the home that carry special interest, walk around the premise to find all the important views, that trigger responses from viewers, to make them wish to see mote! It takes a bit of time to think this through and to find your best compositions, but that time invested will prove worth the time! Good luck, take your time, don't rush it!
