Thanks for letting us know, Renate. Very glad that Mike is doing well and know all of us on are wishing him a speedy recovery and you take care also, as I know how stressful times like these are!

Renate, I'm so sorry to hear this! Mike and I have been best friends on UHH for some time and I pray he returns soon in full health. I miss his masterful posting unlike all others!

Mike, you know how special you are to me. You inspired me in so many ways, your landscapes and coastal shots, especially of California and Alaska, your masterful flower portraits. And of course your excellent IR images. You generously sent me your converted Luminex and I feel you have been right there with me on every one of my shots with that camera. I could not be happier with this camera and the ethereal images it produces. Thank you a thousand times!
I know of the challenges of stroke recovery. I think you are not a particularly patient person. Don't be discouraged. Its a step by step process to overcome the part of the brain that was affected and/or damaged. You can do this. carla
