I'm really not good with plants (I can distinguish between a rosebush and an evergreen tree), but it looks like some sweet peas I photographed a couple of years ago.

My source, "Picture This", indicates that it is Pacific Pea, Lathyrus vestitus . Picture This is on my cell phone and identifies plants.
