Tex, you know nothing of our nation.

I just read your linked article. As Trump said after Kanye's pronouncement... "That was really something". Kanye is a celebrity and, in some circles, an artist. What he is not is coherent.
Like most rap his was a stream of consciousness. Mixed in his rant were a lot of very acute, accurate observations. Luckily, the fascist progressive left prefers to attack and try and shut up those who don’t get in their handout line.
Dems need 92-97% of the black vote to win an election against a GOP, a number that tends to stand up locally and nationally. They will reach that in many locals, but they will miss in many they don’t expect and their national black vote will dip below 90% in a few weeks.
THAT is when fascist progressive left heads will explode..... they will scream suppression, Russia, hacked voting, and they will drop into their one-trick-pony reflex of violence.
Get ready.

Was and is Kanye coherent to the troubled areas of the black community who speaks his language formality? Just remember who Kayne is trying to communicate to and help, he is speaking their lingo, to criticize Kayne's language formality is an insult to those he is trying to help.
More than that it’s racist.

And how many of those do you have?

You used to be hooked up with Elaine?
My condolences!
Happy for you though that the status is Ex!

Even worse, there is a bipartisan bill ready to begin real prison reform and its being blocked by Spartacus Cory Booker and Kamala Harris.
I wonder what their ulterior motive is.

It was not his grammar but his crazed metaphors... for instance trump’s MAGA hat did not make Kanye a Superman! Kanye’s patois did not address meaningful concerns most black families have. Kanye was off his meds... figuratively if not literally. To pretend otherwise is disingenuous.
Also, why have you blocked me from your threads if you bother to respond to my posts?

In fascist progressive states just bucking Trump and the GOP gets you votes regardless of the negative effect on the country or, often, their, own self interests.

So, you believe that black families are not meaningfully concerned with manufacturing, North Korea, gangs, prison reform and violence in Chicago (those are just a few of the topics discussed at the lunch)?
Kinda racist, don’t you think?

What a perverted interpretation... It's a simple enough metaphor - some of Kanye's statements were sensible.... like a lighthouse, the beam occasionally shines light but the bulk of the time the viewer is in the dark. Your racist accusation is BS and even you should be smart enough to know it. Kanye embarrassed most black people, at least those I heard discuss Kanye's rant - one of the called him the black Charlie Sheen (his words, not mine). Of course sensible, rational black people share the same concerns as most Americans do... we're all in this together, how we get out is what is important. Putting on a MAGA cap and flying away is not a rational option.

I thought the attacks on Kanye were racially motivated too. I still do, especially the "house negro" remark. Highly insulting and uncalled for. Those perpetrators should never be allowed in broadcasting ever again. They are all purveyors of hatred.

Snoop, Emimem, and Danny Glover don't have a Lord Fluffy suck up problem yet they do their part in the national conversation.
Childish Gambino - This Is America. Danny Glover leaves Kanye for dead as a relevant creative artist.
