My claim is Obama inherited a DOW that bottomed somewhere in the Seven Thousands, and moved up consistently through his tenure to 19,000 something, and continued the first two years of Trump (at least to a couple of days ago).
The link I posted shows that perfectly, and I stand behind it as fact.

I know what the graph purports to be...but I can't tell what it actually is...all the print except the overlaid dates and verbage is totally fuzzed.
Its not the DowJonesIndustrialAverage...that has steadily climbed from a low of 8000 in 2009 to the current 25,000...no "Dead Zone" whatsoever.
The S&P 500, the Nasdaq, the Russell, all share the same trend of steady increases since a low in 2009...no "Dead Zones."
