Last week I drove from Salt Lake to Pahrump, NV (foot of Death Valley) to go to my favorite shooting instruction site. I decided to take some shots to try out the LightRoom pano/merge function. Attached are the results of merging various numbers of shots of landscapes on the way.

Beautiful country - beautiful shots.
You have demonstrated the value of panoramas - single shots could not have captured what you presented!
Very nice, they authentically transmit the huge spatial sensation that I guess is felt there.
Thanks for sharing!
Can I ask what FL and aperture was used? and what tripod head (if any)?
TIA

Thank you for the kind comments. The LightRoom program makes is very easy to produce these shots.

All the shots are hand held at ISO 100. #1 was 6 shots at 70mm at 1/250 and f/9; #2 was 6 shots at 70mm at 1/320 and f/10; #3 was 5 shots at 70mm at 1/250 and f/9; and #4 was 7 shots at 24mm at 1/160 and f/10.
All are very nice, but #2 is my favorite.
