Does anyone have a recommendation for a mail-in company that prints photos on canvas? I have used "Canvas Discounts" but their colors sometimes look faded. Thank you for any suggestions.
I have had two large images (12x16") printed on canvas by Whitewall Lab. Whitewall has an office in New York City, but their prints are shipped very promptly from Germany. Their Customer Service has been outstanding and I have been ecstatic with he results. Highly recommended.
I have used Sam's Club in the past. May be not the best but not bad for the price.

I take it you're not too concerned about permanence.

I’ve used Costco and I’ve been very happy with the results.
I have used BayRoes a number of times with very good results. Their customer service is great too. My prints range from 20x40 to 24x36.
I have had several done at MPIX.com. They are very prompt and the colors are outstanding. I was very satisfied. The largest I have had printed was 24 by 36 inches. MPIX is not cheap, but their quality is very good. Their canvas prints come mounted with hanging clips. To hang professionally, just add screw eyes, wire, and hang.
I have had several photos done in small to very large by "Canvas on Demand".
Easy to use online, and I have never been disappointed.

I use CG ProPrints at the recommendation of my daughter, who provides a large canvas print as part of her wedding packages. They have outstanding quality at great prices, and frequently run sales.
Shutterfly (
www.shutterfly.com) has produced excellent, framed, 16X20 canvas prints for me. Shutterfly also provides unlimited free image storage.
I’ve sent Hi-Res raw photos to canvasworld.com, and a very happy with the results
For a few years I bought my own inkjet canvas and did my own, again very happy with the results on those
Nations Photo Lab does a great job, they always have good sales, you just have to wait for the one you want.
www.WHCC.com White House Custom Color ...no shipping charge with a minimum order of $12
I have an excellent company to suggest, and their prices are very fair. It's called NovaColor, 1810 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63104. And info@novacolor.com
They have large machines to print on canvas of nearly any size. Why folks like you and I gain is the fact that this is a commercial company, and does mostly corporation canvas printing (and photo printing too). But they welcome student request and and request from folks like you and me. For me, they have printed two 6' wide, 4' tall prints of Neptune's Fountain in Florence, and the Spanish Steps in Rome. But they have printed smaller canvas wraps like 18" wide, 12" tall and another that is 12" and 8" tall. They print any size I've asked for. This would be like dealing directly with the printers. I would even suggest you call them at 314.652.3800, and ask for FRED. Tell him that Bill E. "sent you". I think you would really like them.
