Thank you very much, Dennis; the route I take into Western Maine and New Hampshire is Route 35 in Naples. Route 35 meets Route 2 in Bethel. From that intersection there are many choices of directions to go on and off Route 2. To get to Grafton Notch, it's a right onto 2 through Bethel and then a left onto Route 26 in Newry. We followed Route 26 to Colebrook, NH before taking Route 3 back south. At that point we were a little over eight miles from the Canadian border.

Thanks, Rob. My wife and I are planning a foliage tour on Thursday and have chosen the "Rangely area." That's not very specific. We'll end up winging it and who knows where we'll land.
