Yup. That is exactly what I said ....
".... wouldn't make a lot of sense".

Canon neither agrees nor disagrees
with it. They just publish specs. So,
just what IS your problem ?

.

Just what you say that EFs lenses don't make sense.
Canon did not just print specs but have purposely said EFs lenses make lots of sense if you are moving from DSLR to mirrorless. Their mirrorless are the only 100% compatible cameras for EFs lenses if you have them as the OP currently owns among others. Yet you for some inane reason discourage the OP.
Like you are trolling the OP.
He needs good information not negative Nellie BS.
That is my problem with your responses and arguments.

I warned that the newest cameras don't make sense if
he uses mainly EFs lenses. And thaz quite true, in that
he'd be using APSC lenses on a FF sensor, which WILL
function, as you insist, but doesn't make a lot of sense,
as I pointed out. Whatz your problem with that ?

Anywho, he's getting an M-body, which APSC, so he is
doing something sensible despite your lengthy tirades.
Good for him !

.....
the M50 will be an auxiliary body to my 77d.

Thank for the advice.

That's what all the mirrorless guys say one time only you do know?

'It's not like we were born with a mirrorless, they just changed us is all...you will get it or you won't is all I'll say, regardless it is a whole other unique perspective and best or bestest is irrelevant'

The OP was correct on Panasonic, they were extremely responsive to me and they certainly helped me, but that's only remarkable to anyone who has experienced an issue.... if you haven't experienced something then how accurately could you possibly imagine it? People telling people how they were treated, good or bad. Unfortunately the scale is flooded on one side, all people seem favorable about doing today is being negative or negatively attacking anything positive. It has become almost cautionary to proceed today ...in general. Critics criticizing critics, wth...eck
