Thanks for making me feel old. I am “from the ancient years” and still shoot film. Agree with the flash sinc. and one reason I love by MF leaf shutter lenses. You can use a flash as fill up to 1/500th of a second.
Praise Eastman that Tri-x is still around for us to shoot. Alas, I have not been a chrome shooter, so I helped lead to the death of Kodachrome.

Thanks for sharing both the photo and the method used to capture it with slight ghosting. I LIKE it with the ghosting of the wing motion. I think you could have even gotten away with a slower shutter speed except it probably would have captured a bit more ghosting of the head and body than in your shot. I assume you were using a low ISO since your primary light source was flash. There's virtually NO noise. Keep shooting; keep sharing. jak
