Great Capture and PP it can be diffacult to get the colors and everything to match what they actuually were ,(as someone living on the eastern shore of Wisconsin who tries windy weather shots myself) You my friend have nailed it perfectly

Wow; clouds, water with whitecaps, horizon there but tickled, man made sea wall and prominent buoy - all nicely there. Great composition!
