I finally registered yesterday, but have been enjoying these forum's for a few months. I have always enjoyed photography, and have been that mom with the camera at all of my kids games. Just this year I upgraded from a Nikon 3200 to a 7500, with a Sigma 70-200 2.8 (to take pictures at night games). The transition to the new camera was harder than I thought it would be, but it has motivated me to really learn my camera and not fall back on automatic settings.
I enjoy shooting sports, animals, my kids (when they cooperate), and my little niece - who isn't tired of my camera yet!
Here are a few of my favorites from this year. Looking forward to participating and learning from everyone!
Very nice pictures. I like that you are in tight on your subjects. The athlete is in the peak motion of their stride...making both them and you look good! Keep up the good work young lady.
Thanks so much. I never seem to frame them in camera that way and have to crop!

Welcome to the forum, Sue! You have a good eye for composition and timing; with that equipment and natural skills, you're off to a great start!
Thanks for the welcome and comments!
