Anyone have any experience in buying used cameras from KEH?
Extremely pleased with all transactions.
Their grading is very conservative even the BGN rating I have bought frequently exceeded my expectations. But always remember that what they say it is could be as it is. But I have been pleased.
A BIG THANK YOU to all you took the time to reply and leave comments.
I'm now confident that KEH and I can do business

Yes. Camera body and lenses. No problems at all. Couple of returns as well. They are a class operation.

Not bought a camera but have bought a number of lenses that were great value and always better than their "rating". Shop with total confidence.
foodie65, I just bought a Canon G15 from them. When it arrived, it was better than I ever expected. KEH is A+ in my book

I have bought several cameras, batteries and lenses from them. They are great to deal with.
Never bought a camera from them but have bought several lenses and they were always in better condition than I thought they would be. I had a problem with one lens after it was about three months out of warranty. The flat rate for the repair was about $200 or close to that. I asked if they could do something a little better than that since I had bought several things from them. The next day, they called and said they would replace the lens for free and sent the new one back to me "next day air" because I was shooting an event that weekend. That tells you a lot about how they operate.
Over the years KEH is my go-to place for used equipment. Just 2 weeks ago I sent some Canon gear to them, a camera body, battery grip and 4 batteries. The camera was well used (almost 100,000 clicks on it. It was in very good working condition. Got a fair trade in value and chose the gift card which gives you an extra 5% toward a purchase from KEH. I called them and spoke to a gentleman who knew his stuff. Bought a Canon 5D Mark III in EX condition and received it in a couple days. Their ratings on equipment is better than they rate it. The camera honestly looks brand new. Have purchased a couple "L" lenses from them, all great and still working great. If I have one negative, they don't give you the click count on they bodies they sell. MPB does list click counts on most of their bodies. Never had any problems with any gear I have purchased from KEH...Last plus NO sales tax as I don't live in Georgia....

I use them frequently and they are a great and reliable business. I do not think you will be wrong to do business with them.
