how to get better resolution from sony - i'll be shamed for this but it's ok.

Not,sure why you would have to screen shot the edited photo before emailing or posting. Just attach the edited file to email or posting it put.

when you transfer the photo to your phone from your camera, you transfer a jpg not the raw file. you therefore lose a ton of data (a 1meg or 2 meg file instead of a 70meg file). you should be shooting in raw, then transfer the file from the card in the camera to the computer and process with some software (LR is my choice). you can then export as a jpg file of the resolutions of your choice and sent to whomever.

Gee whiz! Since spelling lessons in the second grade I have always thought that grammar is spelled-

g - r - a - m - m - a - r.

It's worse than the misspelling of "grammar."
So we have a criticism of a poster's failure to capitalize as a failure of "grammer." But grammar does not include capitalization rules (or for that matter, spelling). Two basic errors in one sentence.
