Been away t'up North for a few days, and planned to do the Settle - Carlisle railway. But the weather looked to good to spend on the train (it is on the list of Great Train journeys of the World, if you're interested in trains - and the rest of the party wasn't), but I was lucky enough to manage a quick evening visit on a day that turned dour. Just as the a weak sun poked its way through to add a little light to the otherwise dull moors.
And then, BONUS! The Dalesman rolled over (its downhill in this direction), I had to hurriedly reset the camera and didn't get the sharpness I wanted, but here it is, the best I could manage on the day.

That is really cool! Do you have any information on that? Like how long, how high, how old?
There is a viaduct not far from me that just recently I went to photograph but there are far too many trees in the way. I am planing to go back in the winter
