Terrific photography. Could you show us what camera, lens and settings you used. Many thanks. Davidb1879
I was going to suggest the same thing. Sometimes it's helpful to show us what equipment you used. I love macro and it's great learning from each other. Excellent shots! Hope you post often! Also, there is a macro section you can subscribe to on this site. Again, thanks for showing us your cool bugs!
Beautiful set! I really like the Damsel Fly.

Thank you all for commenting on my macro images.
My kit for macro is : Nikon D7100 , Micro-Nikkor 100mm F4 Manual (1970s)
Nikon Flash SB900
Diffuser : Gary Fong
Setting : F11 1/250 sec
Comp : +1
I normally don't use the focus wheel, I move the camera to focus at min focusing distance (6 inches). I can't use focusing wheel
and shutter button due to loss of right hand. I use my prosthesis to hold the camera, and left for all adjustments. I rarely use a
tripod, I prefer the freedom of hand holding.
Thanks again.
Welcome. Your shots are really top notch, looking forward for more.
Wow! These are amazing, sroter! I love how they're looking right at you, and the butterfly with the black background is stunning!
Very nice work sroter!! You should consider checking the "Store Original" box when posting images, that will give us a much better view.
