Toad Stool - All I needed was a toad

It has been an unusual August here on the edge of the cross timbers ecosystem east of Stillwater, Ok. We have had showers every few days with "fairy rings" common. This large "Toad Stool" emerged in our front yard. I set up my camera on a tripod and waited for the toad to arrive but it never did. Anyone know a good name for this fungus?

Too mature to tell but looks like the common barn yard mushroom. I wouldn't eat it at that stage.

Thanks. When eating mushrooms, I stick with the morels. I thought that when I asked for a name I might get some related to current political figures.

There are some currently prominent toads in elective office. Unfortunately, to name any specific one might be a bit too risky among the hogs. Some may consider them princes.
