Try the for-sale page on the Pentax Forums, there are lots of *istD, K10, K200, K20 & Kx bodies available at good prices from people who have upgraded to the K-5 and K30. Any K mount lens will work on these bodies and with the correct adapter, so will M42 screw mount lenses.

check out what batteries these use I shoot with a K-10 and a K-7. both use rechargable batterys but I know some of the other only use "AA" and suck up the power even on a rechargble "AA". Also the K-10 and K-7 are weatherized to be water resistent (PROOF?) and dust proof. For me living on rainy Vancouver Island that was a big plus. Good luck Hope u find a deal.
