A Pair of Front Yard Owls

Our gated community used to be a pine tree farm..fortunately a nice grove of trees remain and is currently home to this magnificent pair of owls. They are huge! It was near dark this evening, so dim light challenged my efforts a bit, but feel so fortunate to be able to photograph these magnificent animals.

You are very fortunate to be able to see and take these superior shots of such a majestic creature.
Can't help but wonder where they nest and call home since the pines do not seem large enough to house these very large beauties.
There must be some extremely large hardwood trees nearby.
