When the Trump team gets to the root of the communist-left's corruption, it will be very deep-rooted. I cannot believe the average democrat supports these commies over the way the dems used to be before this rot set in. Time for a new party?

Right you are, time for a new party. In a year or less the GOP will be a faint memory.

The US is big enough for a 3rd party. The GOP could split into 2, but I think the dems are in greater danger of dividing due to the extremism of the socialist faction.

There's lots of parties. Where have you been? My first vote for president was for John Hospers.

Only 2 garner the vast majority of the votes.

Well, if you're going to post the exact same two mime in two different posts, I might as well post the same response in both:

umm... "I robbed the bank so I could buy Christmas presents for my daughter. Buying Christmas presents is legal. Why do you want to ruin my daughter's Christmas? Why do you hate Christmas?"

The fact is that paying off someone is completely legal, and if Trump had paid her -- with his PERSONAL funds --- there would be nothing here.

BUT --- He didn't pay them; Michael Cohen paid one with his own funds, and American Media Inc, paid the other one. Since they waited until right before the election to pay them, it's clear that the pay-offs were in response to the elections, with means the Cohen & AMI each made $150,000 contributions to the Trump Campaign -- which was $145,000 more than they were legally allowed to. Further, they were paid back by the Trump Organization --- which as a separate legal entity than Donald Trump, and therefore is also limited to contributing $5000 to a political campaign. Further, somethings were paid by the Trump Foundation, his "charity" which can't contribute to a campaign at all.

And you think your new party is going to do any better than the old parties? The fix is in on extra parties; it's a huge hurdle to get on the ballot.

Also, a new party might split the original party's votes, resulting in a majotity and win for the opposition.
