Male I believe.
These guys fly around pretty quickly...they don't sit for long before moving on which is a challenge.
Used the 200 mm F/4 Nikkor again, but I narrowed the aperture to F/13 (thanks PixelStan) and manually focused by moving in and out (thanks Mark).

Very colorful. Love the iridescence of the greens. Highly detailed as well. Job well done.
