Anyone else find construction sites interesting!?
I've had romantic interests in men from every kind of construction related occupation except electrician throughout my life, lol.
Here are some photos from a mason's p.o.v.

"If I were a carpenter.... And you were my lady..... "
"And I hit you with a hammer..... Would you think I was crazy....." Wait maybe I got that last line wrong.......

So, uhmm, where are all the men?
If you can get a chance to photograph when they're cutting rebar, that's a trip.

I've seen some...it is cool
I might add that construction sites do have a lot of interesting things going on. I probably take a lot of it for granted because I'm used to seeing a lot of it. I've been building a house (on my own) for the past few years) and so I've photographed a lot of that and gotten used to seeing it.
The rebar is one item, in particular, that I remember thinking was so very cool when I photographed the sparks flying as they cut it to length.
Another item that I think is cool is seeing the grid of rebar laid out on a floor before they pour concrete.
And of course, I have a few photographs of when they used a pumper truck and put concrete in forms at our house. My signature has a link to the site I made for my underground home project (which includes photos and a history of the progress along the way). Some of the photos are probably boring. Some are interesting. I just tried to chronicle the whole project, but after doing this for several years, it's gotten to be a pain. I'll eventually finish.
Construction site shut down by a fast moving storm!

Yanno? That one and the one titled "broken" are my personal faves of the set! You and I like the same kinds of things, eh!?
Thanks for the addition... and for the validation, too :)

I
really DO like it, Silvertone! I didn't think they were as big as it looks here, but then again, I must admit I've never seen one up close.
Thank you for the contribution to my strange thread! :)
