I might add that something about today's date rang a bell: exactly 50 years ago I took the plunge and exchanged my first marriage vows. I try not to remember how the turned out.

Congrats, Feiertag! Seems like there ought to be some sort of pin or certificate or sticker or something you get when you hit an ordinal anniversary, y'know? I recently hit my 6 month thing, and figured maybe a bronze thingie might be appropriate, whereas your One Year mark would qualify you to receive at least a silver something.... Whatever, shoot on and prosper!
