Does anyone have a source for those individual padded inserts that normally come with camera bags that one can remove and reposition and are kept in place with velcro? I have a bag that I want to use for camera items but it does not look like a camera bag. I want to get some of those inserts to set up the interior to how I want it. I looked on Amazon and Ebay but all the inserts came with or inside a bag/backpack which I don't need. Thanks!

Many camera bag manufacturers sell the inserts as an accessory. That would be a good place to start.

I buy Domke inserts and use them in other camera bags. Amazon has them.

What bag are you using now? I’ve never had a bag where the inserts weren’t moveable. That said, I have an Ape Case insert that will hold camera with lens attached and one other smaller lens. It has 2 dividers that are moveable. It was only about $30 and it fits into a hobo style purse. Look for bag inserts. There are a lot on the market; Tenba has a lot of them in different sizes.

Go to a thrift store like Goodwill and buy a couple of used bags.

Thanks all- Goggle was the one I didn't use yet- I did see a lot of the items that included a bag-like housing for the inserts, I just don't need the bag. I will check BH and Ad for their listings too, should have checked them first. Lots of good ideas from the Hog community!
