These shots are from a Rodeo I attended in June. Despite the sloppy conditions, there were no injuries to people or animals. Sorry for the poor quality of the Bull riding photos. It was pretty dark. I was at iso 8000 f/2.8 1/500
Great shots. They must really be dedicated rodeo riders to be willing the go face first into mud made up of equal parts of dirt and horse and bull (I'll be politically correct) droppings. I really like the last one with the bull fighter protecting the downed rider. Would really like to see a download for that one.
Ye gods,they must be keen....lol
These are excellent shots! I grew up on a cattle ranch and did a lot of rodeo things but I have never seen this kind of wet and mud. Great captures!!
Amazing -- absolutely Amazing! That first one is a brilliant capture. And Sharp.
I think National Geographic would like these.
Helluva Job (got to admit I felt nervous for those horses)

Thank you. These Bullfighters did an amazing job all night long.
Thank you, Safe Man. I goofed up and put the download in a reply to Vonzip.

Thank you for the download. That is one incredible shot. Hope everyone came out OK that Bullfighter looks to be in a very precarious position.

Outstanding action shots. Great job.
Excellent, some of the best rodeo photos I have even seen. Never leave your camera at home.

Excellent shots, Tony. I've been to a lot of rodeos, but I've never seen one as muddy as this one.
