My favorite bird to photograph is the Green Heron. They are acrobatic, emotional, and I find them to be quite funny. Found this guy hunting along shore rocks. Can't decide if he looks like a stalker, or just grumpy over the one he just missed.

Very nice capture. I find Green Herons to fun to shoot, also. They are so colorful. That alone makes them very photogenic.

They are beautiful birds to see and watch, I love how they can hold their stance for ages! Excellent capture and details Larry.
