Help in identifying flower - second try

In my initial post a few minutes ago, I apparently was unsuccessful in attaching the photo. of the flower I wanted help in identifying. I am 82 years old, very forgetful and challenged by the digital world. Hope the photo gets attached to the post this time. If not, maybe someone can advise me on how to do that.

It would help if you could tell where and when the photo was taken.

It was taken in Southern Arizona, in a friends front yard flower garden, in the spring of 2017.

This may be Pride of Barbados (Caesalpinia pulcherrima).

PS: It is sometimes popularly referred to as Mexican bird of paradise or just bird of paradise, although there is a different flower that has that name as well.

It's a Mexican Bird of Paradise - a common yard plant.
