This would be a great camera kit for someone who wants to learn DSLR photography. It's easy to learn, easy to use, and takes great photos.
Everything is in excellent condition. The kit includes:
Nikon D40x body with only 3,199 shutter clicks. Includes battery and charger, body cap, Nikon strap plus OP/TECH USA neoprene strap, cables, original box.
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6GII ED DX lens with front & rear caps.
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED VR lens with front & rear caps, hood, soft case, original box.
Original Nikon manuals, instructions and software.
Hoya Pro Digital MC UV (0) 52mm filter - fits both lenses.

This is an outstanding value. I hope someone takes you up on it. I have an original issue D40 with these same lenses and have taken some of my best pictures with it. The D40 is an excellent camera for travel owing to its size and the inexpensive 18-55mm lens is tack sharp. While I have moved on through the D300 to the D7200, I will always keep my D40. Good luck!
