Wow, I have a pond with hundreds of frogs and I've never seen that in thirty years of frog watching. kpmac says they eat snakes too , now I've seen a snake eat a frog, but not the other way around. I can't even imagine how that would happen - head first or tail first. Great capture- thanks for posting.

If you do a Google search, "will frogs eat anything?" there is a National Geographic video available that shows a bullfrogs eating spiders, scorpions, mice, and even birds. Bullfrogs will eat anything that can fit in their mouths. You could almost hear the theme from Jaws.
