From our drying out marsh, with 100 degree temps, there is still some beauty to be photographed.
All photos from the car on the auto tour. It's too hot to go outside!

Quite lovely! I'm in the midwest and the heat and humidity have been unbearable at times.
Katy, I really like these! The subjects are cool, the compositions good and they are well done!
Nice set, Katy. And you are right, it's too hot to go out.

Thanks for looking and commenting, sippyjug. We are lucky that we don't have high humidity here.

Thanks for looking, Ken. And I HATE being stuck inside, too.

Very nice Katy. Those Yellow-Star thistles, though pretty, are nasty when you're out hiking and quite undesirable in pastures where they're invasive. They're also toxic to horses.
Fine feel! I especially liked the ones where the insect positions reflected the arrange of the thistles.

Very nice shots Katy, and perhaps a reminder that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and where ever you find it. Not a lot of appreciation for thistles, but these look great
