Photo view on laptop or tablet

I would like to see photos immediately as I take them on my laptop (Dell) or tablet (Samsung), via D600. I shoot sunrises, sunsets, beach landscapes and would like to see if I got what I wanted, and make any necessary adjustments to settings, and re-shoot if needed. Could I hard wire connect to the laptop? Software?

Thank you for your suggestions.

I would definitely go with the tablet because any change in angle of the screen changes the image and it doesn't on the tablet. Grandpaw

Looks like that camera has wifi capabilities. That's how I would go. Quote from their website:
Wi-Fi camera control and mobile photo sharing With Wi-Fi compatibility, the D600 makes sharing photos even easier. Connect the optional WU-1b Wireless Adapter and wirelessly transfer photos to your smartphone, tablet or any compatible Wi-Fi enabled device. Use your smartphone to instantly upload your shots to the web or email them to a friend. Install Nikon's free Wireless Mobile Adapter Utility and remotely control the D600—see what the camera sees from your smartphone or tablet and fire off shots!

My camera has WiFi and I transfer all photos I take after each photo session then upload to the cloud for safekeeping.

Use the Canon app on the tablet and when you shoot shoot using the tablet and you'll see it immediately be able to adjusted immediately I mounted my tablet to a fat gecko contract hamble for the tablet and put that on a little knuckle assembly and mounted it to the hot shoe

I am interested in this too. I shoot Nikon or Sony and have an iPad. I see grandpaw suggested using your tablet as your LCD and to take pictures through the Canon app. I have found that the Sony or Nikon apps can be slow uploading a picture; but, I haven’t tried them as a way of taking the picture for an immediate (& larger) preview.

I would love to see this setup. Can you post a picture of it?

I think D600 requires this to become wifi capable
