If you limit the probability to Sears and Toys-R-US, their is a 100% chance that Amazon, Google and Microsoft will go belly up!

I shoot everything in RAW and edit with Mac’s Photos and Affinity Photo. I use Mac’s Photos for organization by date and folders for category/event/subject. Any advice for off-site back up would be greatly appreciated - iCloud? Thank you very much.

Like "rook2c4" I store a backup drive in the bank safe deposit box. I back-up to 3 external drives at home... one of the 3 has a duplicate in the bank. Each trip to safe deposit box I take one from home and bring one back from bank. If I have not been to the bank in a couple of months... I make a trip just for the backup swap. I see some other excellent suggestions from several people here. The bank works well for me, mainly because its not just photo/video that I back up... as much of our lives financial/legal/etc is on hard drives.

Thanks to ALL for the advice! Having one in a safe deposit box is a good idea. Thanks again! 👍🏻
