Thanks Bob for sharing this. I see from the comments that the Left is up in arms, threatening to do whatever it takes to stop him. As always it is nothing but fear tactics they throw out. Like dirt’s videos, the world will come to an end if this nomination goes through. Just like telling us that Republicans want to throw granny off a cliff rather than give her healthcare. If Republicans are elected black kids will be bombed in Southern churches, always something. Now the guarantee is that Roe vs Wade will be thrown out and millions will suffer. Nothing but threats to provoke violence from the Liberal crowd. That seems to be what they do best.

I have a question. If Trump is ultimately is given the subpoena to appear before the Meuller Investigation and he refuses, it will probably end up in front of the Supreme Court who will have to decide on whether or not a sitting President can be indicted, subpoened, etc.
In that case do you believe that Kavanaugh should recuse himself from the court, considering what would be his recent appointment to the court from one of the principals in the case?

No I do not think he should recuse himself. I think it was Justice Elena Kagan who argued Obamacare to SCOTUS yet didn’t recuse herself in a follow up case. Kavanaugh would not be arguing for or against President Trump but for any President in a similar circumstance.

I have no trouble believing it. He may be a very good man. I believe this is irrelevant to whether or not he should be confirmed.
