Checked the sky. The jet streams, that I could judge from cloud movement, were only moving in two different directions so time to take another shot at planetary imaging... I'm waiting for that wonderful night when the jet streams take a holiday!!
QHY 183C with Celestron 8in Edge HD on a Celestron Evolution Alt/Az mount.
Enjoy!

Stay the course bwa , you've pulled more than I could on Jupiter and haven't had a chance for a try at Saturn this summer. I gave up on Planets there's just too much humidity and the heat is out of control. Nice job.

I gave up on planets about 20+/- years ago... BUT still get the urge every once in awhile! Someday I'll get another night like I had on May 10, 2010, i.e.: a near perfect imaging sky.
Enjoy!
