I know it is still a very good camera and with trading older equipment I could acquire one for around $500 in very good condition. However,l have just suffered some very serious health issues which are likely to render this a mute subject.Thank you and thank you all for your responses they are all appreciated.

I've been fascinated with cameras since High School. I don't constantly try to upgrade with the cameras I have, which camera has the most pixels, more focus points, max shutter speed, screen resolution, faster f.p.s. Sometimes I just like to sit back and play with a camera I haven't used before, no matter how old or new it is, film or digital. I think Jim750 is the same way.

Hey, Jim, you are only here once. Get it if you can afford it and don't look back!
