Yes, rmorrison, I have got the point.... No more GAS... I have to enjoy what I have...and do my best with it!

Thank you!

Don't be to disappointed about the lack of GAS, you're doing a great job with what you have. You've inspired me to go on an eagle hunt with my SX60HS. I live about an hours drive from three of the best eagle photographing spots in this part of the country. Bottom line, if you can afford the toys, by all means buy the toys. If not, get better with what you already have. There was a time, before I retired, I didn't worry about dropping $3600 on a good camera body if I was going to use it. Now I save up and choose wisely and still make good use of what I already have and have fun with it.

All those shots are done with SX60HS... do I really need DX10IV or I just have severe case of GAS ? Would Sony help me with BIF or I should dream about DSLR ?

That's a really nice Hawk series Yes...Sony would absolutely help you with BIF's...my Sony RX10 IV is great at capturing BIF'S! This link will take you to my Osprey in flight post taken wit my Sony RX10 IV bridge camera: http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-528584-1.html

Thank you Carolina Wings for your well balanced advice. I truly enjoyed your Osprey shots. The shoulder consideration is a very good point too!
Oh, well... for now I have to stick with what I have...
