Did you try a different card and have the same problem?
Yes I did but Same issue.
Yes I did but Same issue.
There is a Canon USA repair facility in Jamesburg NJ which is in central NJ. I don't know about reasonable as I don't know what you consider reasonable. They are probably one of the most reliable Canon service facilities in the USA.
You say you have a 7D which is an older model. It may be less expensive to buy a good used camera that it is to get your camera repaired, depending on the problem.

Since there are only three Canon Factory Service Centers in the United States, located in Jamesburg, NJ, Newport News, VA and Cosa Mesa, CA, I would agree that the facility in New Jersey is definitely one of the most reliable ones in the USA, along with Cosa Mesa and Newport News, of course.

I’ve used the Jamesburg location a couple of times, and they were very quick, and reliable. Depending on what the problem is and the parts that may be needed, it might cost a bit. However, they will evaluate the issue, and provide a quote before they go any further.
Most local camera shops are limited to certain repairs, and will send it to Canon for you at an additional charge.
They’re right off exit 8A of the NJTP.
Sorry, I didn’t notice that you are in Nigeria, and there may be a Canon service center some where closer to you. Sending it to the US + the repairs may be more than the camera is worth.
Canon charge me $195 for repairing my T6. This included tax and shipping back to me. I believe that this was a flat rate after they determine that the camera was not abused, or had water or sand damage.
I would also vote for Mack Photo in Springfield ((973) 467-2291). They are reliable and highly qualified. In fact, they are the company that provides most of the 3rd party warranties that reputable stores sell
