It a Rasmussen poll. Rasmussen is such a strong conservative tilt that most sites that aggregate polls ignore them. They have the worst average at predicting elections.

Rasmussen does this by skewing the people they ask. Note that it's a poll of "likely voters". Why not "all people"? This is not an issue that is voted on. The reason is that there is no generally accepted method of determining a "likely voter". Each polling company chooses their own method. Rasmussen's method assumes many more Republicans vote.

The rest of Root's article is laughable. Trump is playing chess while the left is playing checkers? Ha. The events show, once again, the Trump is playing tiddly-winks, badly. The policy was announced without warning anyone. All of HHS was overwhelmed by the inflow of children. They have no procedure in place for reuniting children with their parents.

And Trump's comments that he wants to deport people without due process prejudices the case. This almost guarantees that the judge will be forced to rule in favor of the immigrant when it does go to court. This is not the first time Trump shot himself in the foot by tweeting. The Muslin ban was ruled unconstitutional based on comments he tweeted.

It is on your side as well as the other side. Thank goodness that there is also good reporting that points out the lies on both sides and examines the issues in more depth. What is the media supposed to do when Trump makes his everyday outrageously false statements? I also want to be informed about lies and policies I don't agree with on the other side. Do you really want a state run media that simply supports everything the president says and every viewpoint that you have? The real problem is that too many of us are too lazy to really examine an issue in depth and we take the easy route of simply returning to the same news sources that support our own views and we consider everything else to be fake news.

There is biased fake news that lies about everything, cites "unnamed sources" claims the narrative to be true, etc. The vast majority of so called news is lying and it is pushing the liberal narrative. Then the libs run with it because it fits their belief. You libs do not care if it is true, you just run with it.

THAT disproves your entire statement. Border crossings have been trending lower since 2006, and are at the lowest level since 2011. And these number are from Trump's CBP, so feel free to call them fake news, that just PROVES that Trump is a fake
