pictures taken by people who don't have a clue how to compose and shoot the most basic snapshot.

While it is a VERY minor annoyance, I can hardly even call it a pesky distraction, I have since changed my attitude. Years ago I realized that pictures, good pictures, mean something different to all of us. How many times has a co worker shown you vacation, family or some other photograph with the exclamation, Younshould see the great photos I took of the Grand Canyon, family, fishing or hunting photos, any photos? You look at the pictures and there is your friend, unrecognizable, holding a fish but it is too far away to see much? The Grand Canyon is all but lost in noonday sun so color is nonexistent? To most people the photos are totally useless and would be deleted but to him they are the photos of a lifetime. My point is that those photos are not meant for your enjoyment but his. If he is happy then why stress at all?

There are two photographers here on UHH who submit the almost exact photos every single day. No change, just one type of photograph. When I click on the photo I immediately go to the next subject title. The photos are not necessarily bad but just the same every day. I don’t say anything because others might enjoy them. The poster(s) obviously enjoy.
them. I can move on.

I shoot for a living, so it's the business side of photography that I dislike mostly... I am passionate about taking photos, and the passion is still there after over a decade of being in the business side of photography....

All the new fangled buttons on DSLRs that screw up what would be a show stopping photo. IMO.

You can even apply the same complaint to almost all cameras digital.

What I like least is the batteries for my three cameras cost $180.00 each. And having a backup for each camera.

Well, I don't like the suggestion that since I have a camera on my shoulder or in my hand, that I represent a threat or predatious activity with my visibility. I think people have a tendency to jump to the negative immediately, rather than assume I am about to photograph something interesting that they don't yet see, but I do.

Post processing. I dislike the time in front of the computer. I'd rather be shooting. This pushes me to be better at SOOC but, alas, I rarely achieve that quality...

Reviewers who consider a $3000 camera and $2000 lens to be "affordable".

Or supposedly doing a like to like comparison with 3 cameras in the $500 to $1000 range, and that camera. Expressing surprise that the $5000 rig beat the $500 bundle by a few specs, and recommending we all get the same $5000 set and dismissing the others.

Sorry I couldn't help you out but, for me, it's all good. Not perfect, but really good.

Yeah: family, food, home, & clothing are not priorities.

Price of DSLR's and MILC's that we must pay for the video capability, even if we never use it.

I don’t think that Polachrome ever reached the quality of Kodak Disc Film.

I too dislike the attitude that with a camera in hand I should take photos of random strangers, fix them up, and send those to them.
I dislike odd aholes "adding content" (throwing rocks in the water, sticks at the birds, etc) and requesting a 10
% commission on any future sales.
Same type of aholes photobombing various wedding and family events, and wanting credit.
Aholes coming up: "Why are you taking pictures of *that*! You can buy a photo calendar at the store!"
